    "Aaliyah"? As in, "to go UP [or return to the Holy Land]"? Interesting. Are all of the good doctor's patients being returned to the 'promised land" of babyhood? An idea worth exploring in light of what is happening over in "Alisa's Adventures in the Diapered Dimension."
